Trainers, officials, and lightning detection systems will determine game play. If lightning occurs, fields will be cleared and everyone should immediately move to their cars.
Games will resume or be rescheduled based on field availability and officials
We have no control over the weather. In the event of rain or bad weather, we will try to get in as many games as is safely possible. If the entire tournament is canceled, you will receive a portion of your registration fee back

Clear all due to hazardous conditions. Teams should report to their cars, or under cover if lightning causes a stoppage in play. All fields will be cleared. Games are official after 1-half of play. Game-lengths may be modified if make up games are deemed necessary.
THE DIRECTORS OF THE STX Minnesota Shootout , RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, SHORTEN, OR RE-SCHEDULE TOURNAMENT GAMES DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, POOR FIELD CONDITIONS, OR PLAYER AND FAN SAFETY CONCERNS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED IF THESE ACTIONS ARE NECESSARY.
